Technical Operations Analyst

This role assists the Computer Operator by providing services in a multi-vendor, multi-protocol complex system environments. They will interact with customers, vendors and management to ensure high level of customer satisfaction. They will act as a technical resource and point of escalation for Operators or management. They will be engaged in identifying and resolving complex problems relating to product or service installation, hardware or software updates, configuration, operations, performance, or other aspects of information technology products and services related to the operations environment.The employee focuses on individual/team objectives and development of professional effectiveness.
